My hot water boiler broke during a cold spell.  A tech came out on an emergency basis and got it up and running.  The next day Russo Brothers installed a new hot water boiler.  They were very professional and neat.  They explained everything to me.  Outstanding service from everyone involved!

Pat was extremely helpful to resolve my problem. He researched the problem and proposed several different methods to fix the situation in a very timely fashion. From start to finish, Pat had the solution scheduled and finished with two (2) weeks, which included several discussions and reschedules due to weather related delays. The in-home repair took only one and one half hours of professional service. Pat is very knowledgeable and resourceful when it comes to solving HVAC problems.

I had an emergency and my water heater needed to be replaced on a Saturday. Russo Brothers was able to help me. Rose in the office was able to help me and called her service team to see if technicians would be available and if they had the size water heater I needed in the warehouse. Joe C. came as scheduled, showed me the pricing (which was reasonable) and started the job. The job was completed in a timely manner. Joe kept the house clean with prepping floors and carpets for water heater delivery, disposed of the old tank and cleaned up everything after the job. Russo Brothers called the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend.
