Discounts

• 10% off All Repairs: As a Service Plan Customer, you receive a 10% discount on all repair services we provide for the specific plan you have enrolled in (e.g., HVAC services for an HVAC-only plan, plumbing services for a plumbing-only plan). This discount does not apply to specials, drain cleanings, HVAC installs, Generator Installs, or sewer line repair or replacement
• This discount is not able to be combined with any other discounts, specials, or promotions.

Annual Visits

• Heating/Cooling Maintenance: Service Plan customers will receive a bi-annual maintenance during the term of the Service Plan. The time of the maintenance will be determined by Russo Bros. Maintenance can only be performed on systems in normal working conditions. Oil Heat is excluded from this agreement. There is an additional cost to cover multiple systems in the home. *Not eligible on plumbing only plan.
• Plumbing Inspections: Service Plan Customers qualify for one Plumbing Inspection and one water heater flush (restrictions apply) during the term of the Service Plan. Customers can schedule their safety inspections at their convenience any time of year they wish. *Not eligible on HVAC only plan.
• Maintenance and inspection fees are non-prorated if inspections are not taken advantage of.
• Service Plan Customers consent to text messaging from Russo Bros for the purpose of scheduling maintenance visits.
• Customers are responsible for being available during a scheduled window for maintenance visits. If a visit needs to be rescheduled or missed, customers must notify Russo Bros in advance.

Priority Service: As a service plan customer, you will receive “First in Line” highest priority scheduling. Service plan customers will be scheduled before non-plan customers for repair service. If more than one plan customer has requested service, the priority is on a first call, first serve basis.

As a Service Plan customer, you will never pay any overtime charges, no matter what time of day or night you call.

Payment: Automatic withdrawal from either a debit/credit card will occur on the 15^th either monthly or annually based on enrollment, and payment is to be made available at that time. In the event funds are not available from the account on file, Russo Bros will first retry payment, then make attempts to reach you to collect payment. If we are unable to reach you to collect payment, your Service Plan is subject to suspension up to cancelation, and any fees associated may become due at that time.

Russo Bucks: Customers with an active HVAC or Whole Home Plan will accrue $100 per each active and consecutive year of enrollment, up to $1,000, to be used towards the replacement of their HVAC system. Russo Bucks are not transferable to another person but may be transferred to another property if you relocate within our service area and continue your Service Plan. Russo Bucks will remain valid as long as your Service Plan is active. If the plan is canceled, Russo Bucks expire immediately.

Cancelation: Monthly fees will continue for a minimum of 12 months and will automatically renew at the end of that term. The pay plan agreement can be terminated at any time after the 12-month period if written notice is received to 27 Eagle Rock Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936 , or emailed to serviceplans@russobrosplumbing.com at least 10 days prior to the date of monthly charges, to avoid that month’s charges. If you wish to cancel prior to the end of the 12-month commitment, charges for the remainder of the first term of service plan must be paid to process the cancelation. This service plan is non-transferable. This agreement shall remain in effect until either party furnishes written notice of termination, after the initial 12 months.

At any time, Russo Bros may modify these Terms and Conditions, including annual plan coverage prices. Russo Bros will notify you of any changes to these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with state law.

Russo Bros shall not be liable for any accident, injury, damage, or loss to equipment, personal property or revenue. Russo Bros shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Russo Bros shall not be liable for repairs necessitated by fire, flood, or other acts of God: damage by negligence or misuse by others; faulty system design; malicious mischief or vandalism. Damages resulting from the failure of replacement parts or services performed under the plan are not the responsibility of Russo Bros. Russo Bros shall not be liable for damages caused by third-party contractors or service providers not associated with Russo Bros.  Customers are responsible for ensuring that the system is accessible, and that the environment is safe for the technician.
